Audit Trail
The audit trail consists of:

Audit History Manager: Select the modules you want your organization to record audit data for.

Audit Export: Query and export audit trail data by filtering records based on criteria you choose. A preview of the data displays when there are fewer than 100,000 records listed.
Prerequisites

Sign in using an account linked to Central Authorization V3 (CAV3).

Have access group rights enabled for:

Tools: Audit Export.

Tools: Audit History Manager.

Define audited modules
As a system administrator, you can use the Audit History Manager to define which modules your organization wants to record audit data for. When you select a module, the audit trail starts for the data tables associated with that module. It can take up to two hours after selecting a module for that audit data to become available. Export audit trail data using the Audit Export tool.

Click Tools > System > Audit History Manager.

In the Audit History Manager tool:

Select the modules you want to record an audit trail for.

Select Enable All to enable an audit trail for all modules.

Clear modules you want to exclude from the audit.

Click Close.
